Meet the Founder Recruitment has been my career for over 13 years, but for me, it's always been about people. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of partnering with incredible businesses and talented individuals across Business Support, Business Operations, Digital, Marketing, HR, People and Creative. I've worked both in specialist recruitment and in-house within media and creative agencies, giving me a genuine understanding of what great hiring looks like from every perspective. Over the years, I've helped businesses grow, supported people through career-defining moments and built relationships that have lasted far beyond a placement. Those moments have always been the part of the job I loved most. But after becoming a mum to my two boys, something shifted. I realised I wanted to build something of my own. Not simply another recruitment agency, but a business that reflected who I am, what I believe in and how I wanted people to feel when they worked with me.

I wanted to create a business built on trust, honesty and genuine relationships. A business where clients feel they have a true partner, candidates feel listened to and supported, and every conversation is meaningful. Recruitment can often feel transactional, but I believe it should be personal. Behind every vacancy is a team trying to grow. Behind every CV is a person making an important life decision. Neither should ever be treated as just another number.

More personally, I wanted to show my boys that it's never too late to back yourself. That with hard work, resilience and courage, you can create something you're truly proud of. I want them to grow up knowing that success isn't only measured by what you earn or the title you have, but by the impact you have on other people's lives and the way you make them feel along the way.

That's what drives me every day.

There is no greater feeling than knowing you've helped someone find a role where they flourish, or partnered with a business to hire someone who goes on to make a lasting difference. Being even a small part of someone else's journey is something I never take for granted.
